The Sushi Training Manager role is a newly created position essential to supporting the franchise network's ongoing development. This role is based in Charlotte, with significant travel required to visit franchise locations across the country. The primary responsibility involves delivering comprehensive training programs to franchisees and their staff, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and strict food safety practices. The manager will audit franchise stores to assess compliance with established protocols and implement improvements wherever necessary to enhance operational efficiency and food quality.
