Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary certification or formal training in Japanese cuisine preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sushi chef role within a reputable hospitality or restaurant environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a culinary team
