With over 30 locations and a strong commitment to internal career advancement, IRHG offers a unique blend of community, opportunity, and excellence. Joining Sushi Roller means becoming part of this dynamic family where passion for hospitality meets innovative culinary skill.
This role is designed for skilled Sushi Chefs and Sushi Rollers ready to bring their craft to a fast-paced, high-energy setting. The position is full-time and provides a chance to work with a passionate team that is dedicated to culinary excellence and exceptional guest satisfaction.
As a Sushi Roller, you will be at the heart of the Sushi Roller's kitchen operations. Your expertise with slicing fresh fish and preparing nigiri and other sushi staples will create unforgettable dining experiences. Every piece you prepare will reflect passion, precision, and culinary artistry, aiming to engage and delight the guests' taste buds. This role demands not only technical skills but also a creative eye for presentation and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

The position also includes operational duties such as closing responsibilities and reporting any shortages or equipment issues promptly to management. Working in this role means being part of a collaborative, respectful environment where teamwork and communication are essential to success.
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of two years of kitchen and line cook experience, demonstrate the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and show readiness to adapt to a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
