Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or line cooking advantageous but not required
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen setting
Job Duties
- prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests
- maintain knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- demonstrate strong teamwork and go above and beyond in daily responsibilities
- stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- learn and prepare sushi according to Kura standards
- assist in maintaining kitchen inventory and supplies
- support kitchen operations during busy periods
