The role requires candidates who can thrive in a high-pressure environment and who have the physical capability to handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing various kitchen duties involving the use of knives and other equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a neat appearance are also necessary to succeed in this dynamic culinary environment.
