Job Qualifications
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

- interest in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation

Job Duties
- produce ingredients for sushi preparation including fish fabrication, sauce work, and vegetable prep
- prepare sushi rice according to established recipes and standards
- set up sushi line to ensure smooth service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area

- assist kitchen staff as needed in various tasks
