The position available at the Troy location offers a rewarding opportunity to become part of the vibrant Kura Krew—a group of passionate food and culture enthusiasts devoted to delivering fresh, quality dishes and excellent customer service. The role is for Line Cooks and Prep Cooks, who are integral to the kitchen team’s success. These positions involve preparing fresh, tasty, and quality food in accordance with Kura Sushi’s high standards, focusing particularly on sushi preparation. Candidates should be eager to learn and grow with the company while demonstrating strong organization and multi-tasking abilities to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Food safety and cleanliness standards are strictly adhered to, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the restaurant.
The role is part-time, facilitating flexible scheduling for work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays, which is preferred. The wage offered is $16.65 per hour plus tips, with example projected earnings reaching $22.65 per hour depending on tips earned. Job Qualifications
