Kura Sushi USA is looking to expand its talented team by hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who are passionate about food, culture, and delivering exceptional service to guests. This role, based at our location, offers a starting wage of $17.30 per hour plus tips, with potential earnings reaching $24.30 per hour, combining hourly pay and tips. As a Line Cook or Prep Cook at Kura Sushi, you will be an integral part of the Kura Krew, committed to preparing fresh, appetizing, and high-quality food for a demanding yet rewarding audience. Teamwork and a go-above-and-beyond attitude are key attributes for success in this role. Employees in this position must be organized, able to multi-task effectively, and have a solid knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness. Enthusiasm to learn about sushi preparation according to Kura’s standards is essential, as is flexibility to work part-time hours that may include day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
