Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work full-time or part-time including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- commitment to maintain cleanliness and food safety
- willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or restaurant kitchen preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- eagerness to learn sushi preparation and culinary techniques
- basic knife skills advantageous
Job Duties
