We are currently seeking dedicated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our passionate team at the Mall of America location. This role is perfect for individuals who are team players, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional food experiences. As part of the "Kura Krew," you'll play a vital role in preparing fresh, tasty, and high-quality sushi and other dishes that meet Kura's exacting standards. The position offers both full-time and part-time hours with flexible scheduling options that accommodate days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Employees earn a competitive wage of $15.56 per hour plus tips, with example projected earnings totaling $21.56 per hour including tips (actual earnings may vary based on actual tips).

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work full-time or part-time
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or cooking is advantageous but not required
- knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- strong team player with good communication skills
- enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
