Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Availability to work part-time hours with flexible shifts

  • Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Organize workstations and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Continuously improve sushi preparation skills through training and enthusiasm
  • Uphold quality and presentation standards for all dishes served
