Job Duties
- Prepare and cook sushi and other menu items following Kura Sushi standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Organize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in food preparation and ingredient inventory management
- Provide support during busy service hours to meet customer demand
- Continuously learn and improve culinary skills specific to sushi preparation
