Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Enthusiasm for sushi and Japanese cuisine
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and quality sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in inventory management and food preparation
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Support overall kitchen operations
