This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $17.50 to $18 per hour. As a Sushi Chef at Wegmans, the individual will play a key role in preparing fresh, high-quality sushi rolls and related menu items for customers. The job responsibilities include slicing fish, cutting vegetables, preparing sushi rice, and assembling various sushi dishes such as rolls, nigiri, and sashimi following established recipes and presentation standards.
