Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as a sushi cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
