The Sushi Cook role at JOEY Restaurants plays a vital part in the success of its culinary team. Sushi Cooks are responsible for executing all sushi menu items with precision and artistry while maintaining the highest standards of quality under a demanding and fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who has a passion for culinary excellence and hospitality. JOEY Restaurants values employees who demonstrate confidence, humility, integrity, and a genuine passion for hospitality, encouraging team collaboration and personal growth.
