Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols

  • Prior experience in high volume kitchen
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques including knifework, plating, portioning, and precision cooking

  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including sashimi, sushi, and grilled meats
  • Maintain high culinary standards for food quality and presentation
  • Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations
  • Follow kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
  • Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
