Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous culinary experience preferably with sushi preparation
  • ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • assist in inventory control and stock management
  • adapt to the demands of a 24-hour culinary operation
