Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous culinary experience preferably with sushi preparation
- ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong communication skills
- physical stamina to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
