Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting, lifting and repetitive hand and wrist motion
- Work with hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment
- Non-slip shoes are required

Job Duties
- Handle and prepare sushi ingredients with great attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi preparation area
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of dishes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate orders
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of sushi supplies
- Follow all safety protocols when handling hot, cold, and hazardous materials and equipment
