This position demands precision, artistry, and a deep passion for culinary excellence to ensure every dish meets the brand's elevated standards. The successful candidate will oversee the sushi station, maintain food safety compliance, and contribute to a seamless guest experience by delivering consistent product quality. This role not only requires strong technical skills but also leadership capabilities to support and train line cooks, coordinate with the culinary team on daily specials, and uphold company culinary standards.
