Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Safety Certification
- six months or more of similar or related experience
- ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- possess ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- physically able to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly
- able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motions
- able to work in fast-paced environment
- willing to undergo pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading/unloading heavy items, passing along customer suggestions
- answers telephone calls and takes customer orders
- takes customer orders at the Chinese Express counter
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- reviews status and appearance of food for freshness
- ensures adequate food supply and follows production list
- prepares and replenishes product as necessary
- pulls product from cooler/freezer for preparation
- checks in and puts away product
- removes trash timely
- adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work on time and as scheduled
- washes dishes as necessary
- orders product and supplies
- prices product for customers
- delivers orders as needed
- assists in other store areas
- performs other job-related duties and special projects
