The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Working as a Sushi Chef means collaborating closely with the kitchen team to maintain food safety and sanitation standards and to ensure timely service. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, demanding flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar, assisting with inventory management and ordering, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.

Flagship Restaurant Group offers not only a place to work but also an opportunity to thrive within a fun and exciting training environment. The group values the milestones and achievements of their employees, creating a culture that celebrates growth and success. Full-time employees are eligible for a robust benefits package including dental, vision, and life insurance. Additionally, team members enjoy delicious dining discounts that they can share with friends and family at all of Flagship’s restaurant locations.

As an equal opportunity employer participating in the E-Verify program, Flagship Restaurant Group embraces inclusivity and ensures compliance with hiring standards. The company remains deeply committed to building a rewarding career path for employees by removing barriers related to background and identity, fostering a welcoming community in every branch of its operations.
