We are currently seeking a dedicated Sushi Chef to join our team at the Comcast Technology Center located at 1701 JFK Boulevard in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, providing a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance. The position offers a competitive pay range from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour, alongside additional perks such as free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. The role requires the sushi chef to have a minimum of three years' previous experience in sushi preparation, production, and presentation, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

As a Sushi Chef with Flik Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi and related food products with precision and creativity to delight customers. This role demands a strong skill set including advanced knife skills specific to sushi craft, adherence to strict food safety and sanitation protocols, and the ability to maintain presentation standards including portion control and proper serving temperature. You will handle varied food storage requirements following corporate, state, and federal guidelines while maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment that complies with ServSafe, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will be intimately familiar with sushi menu items and able to communicate effectively with customers to enhance their dining experience. You will demonstrate flexibility during peak hours and ensure a high level of service quality throughout meal periods. Job Requirements
