Job Duties
- Prepare and present sushi and related food products to customers
- demonstrate high-level knife skills and sushi preparation expertise
- ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety compliance
- maintain workstation cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- interact with customers to enhance dining experience
- monitor portion control and serving temperatures
- perform additional duties as assigned
