Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance with state law
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work different shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime as required
- Holds a state and/or local food handlers card where applicable
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful or busy times

Job Duties
- Set and clean tables, sushi bar and lounge areas throughout the shift
- Support servers and service staff with drink refills and clearing tables
- Assist with the setup of large parties
- Communicate which areas of the restaurant are ready to be seated to assure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and lounge areas
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
