Managed by The h.wood Group, an iconic brand in hospitality and nightlife, the club offers an atmosphere of refined service designed to cater to a diverse mix of innovative professionals and change-makers. This glamorous destination promises exquisite dining experiences, memorable moments, and an environment where guests can relax and enjoy a high level of privacy and sophistication. The Bird Streets Club has established itself as a premier location, combining elegance with vibrant social energy to create an unmatched private enclave in Los Angeles.

The Sushi Chef role at The Bird Streets Club is critical in maintaining the venue's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will bring considerable experience from working in a busy sushi restaurant environment and possess the ability to deliver consistently high-quality dishes while ensuring cleanliness and safety in the workspace. Beyond technical skills, the Sushi Chef must be personable and hospitable, able to interact warmly with guests and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere consistent with The Bird Streets Club's high standards. Appearance and professionalism are key, as the Sushi Chef serves as a face of the venue to its discerning clientele.
