Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass the Company sushi chef training program and cooking procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in sushi preparation preferred
- Culinary degree a plus
- Approved food handling training as required by local laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation

- Successful completion of the Company sushi chef training program
- Previous experience as a sushi chef highly desirable
- Culinary degree is a plus

- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong guest service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare sauces and sushi items according to restaurant guidelines
- Work at the sushi bar engaging with guests and ensuring an inviting experience
- Monitor food portioning and maintain food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the sushi bar and equipment
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival to the sushi bar/lounges area
- Perform shift opening and closing duties including cleaning and organizing
- Follow food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
