Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year of sushi chef experience
- ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and busy times
- must be able to work different shifts including holidays nights and weekends
- must be able to work overtime as required
- must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance with state law
- must be eligible to work in the united states
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- culinary schooling preferred
- where applicable hold a state or local food handlers card
Job Qualifications

- must be eligible to work in the united states
Job Duties
- prepare side and sushi items in accordance with portioning recipe and service guidelines
- work in front of guests while preparing food at the sushi bar
- monitor and ensure portioning of foods prepared
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sushi bar and equipment
- entertain and perform in front of guests
- work collaboratively as part of a team
- adhere to food storage and handling standards
