Job Duties
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival to the sushi bar/lounge area
- prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using kitchen equipment
- responds promptly and courteously to guest requests and provides information about food
- ensures guests are satisfied with food quality and service
- performs shift opening and closing duties including cleaning sushi equipment and sushi bar area
- maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of kitchen, sushi counters, equipment, and food storage areas
- follows proper food handling, labeling, and rotation procedures in accordance with public health, state, and local laws
