Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a sushi chef or kitchen chef preferred
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in sushi preparation fine dining or restaurant kitchens is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent knife skills with precision in slicing fish vegetables and other ingredients

Job Duties
