This position encourages continuous learning and growth, allowing you to master new culinary skills, techniques, and roles within the restaurant. By mentoring and supporting fellow team members, you will contribute to a positive and professional work atmosphere that reflects Sora’s commitment to outstanding hospitality. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is necessary, highlighting the physical demands of this fast-paced culinary environment.

Sora offers more than just a job; it provides a supportive and inclusive workplace that values reliability, openness to feedback, and a strong work ethic. Employees enjoy a range of additional benefits, including store discounts, discounted parking, shift meals and beverages, and special friends and family nights.
