Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass the Company’s sushi chef training program and cooking procedures
- Previous experience as sushi chef highly desirable
- Culinary degree a plus
- Approved food handling training as required by local laws

Job Duties
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival to the sushi bar/lounge area
- Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using kitchen equipment
- Responds promptly and courteously to guest requests and provides information about food
- Ensures guests are satisfied with food quality and service
- Performs shift opening and closing duties including cleaning sushi bar equipment and floors
- Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, sushi counters, and equipment
- Reports any equipment or maintenance issues to the manager on duty and head sushi chef
