This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $3,655.11 to $4,400.00, reflecting the importance and expertise required for this role. The Sushi Chef will play a critical role in crafting authentic sushi dishes, planning and developing menus that align with the restaurant’s theme and customer preferences, and maintaining rigorous food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in fine dining and food preparation, with exceptional knife skills and a deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine.   • Previous experience working in a culinary or dietary department is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory
