Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of chef experience in fine dining, preferably in Japanese or omakase/tasting-menu settings
- Strong knowledge of sushi and Japanese culinary traditions
- Ability to time service seamlessly with chef pacing and multi-course menus
- Fluent in English
- Polished personal presentation with professional communication skills
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
