We are currently seeking a talented and passionate full-time Sushi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of all sushi and sashimi dishes, as well as other Japanese menu items. The successful candidate will bring proven experience and craftsmanship, expertly preparing a variety of sushi rolls while maintaining strict standards of safety and hygiene. Working closely with the kitchen staff, the Sushi Chef will contribute to efficient and timely food production, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards. The ability to handle raw fish with care and the knowledge of traditional Japanese culinary techniques are fundamental to this position.
