Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as sushi chef
- Ability to work in person at Manhattan Beach CA 90266
- Passion for Japanese food
- Ability to maintain a sanitary work environment
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes and plating standards

- Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant cooking or other related fields

Job Duties
- Prepare sushi sashimi rolls and other food items with high quality and our standard
- Maintain a clean sanitary work area
- Assist food prepping food during off-peak hours
- Coordinate fish orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Re-stock goods and food products
- Follow proper recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
