Job Requirements
- Food handler's card preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday with variable hours
- ability to comply with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to perform various kitchen duties
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in sushi preparation and presentation
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong knife skills and culinary techniques related to sushi
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties
- Prepare and present sushi and related food products to customers
- demonstrate high-level knife and sushi preparation skills
- store foods following food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation of equipment and workstations
- interact with customers to enhance dining experience and explain menu items
- manage peak production and service hours efficiently
- perform other assigned duties
