Known for its unique blend of Louisiana hospitality combined with exceptional sushi, sashimi, and sake offerings, Tsunami Sushi has become a staple in the local dining scene. We are currently seeking full-time Sushi Chefs who are passionate about sushi and eager to refine their culinary skills. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards that Tsunami Sushi is known for and requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while upholding precision and consistency in sushi preparation. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player with a positive attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn under the mentorship of experienced chefs. While prior experience in sushi preparation is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities. Strong knife skills and attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this position.
