Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sushi or culinary operations management
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-location culinary teams
- Strong understanding of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations
- Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors

- Proven management experience within culinary operations or food service leadership roles

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the sushi team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize sushi production, quality, and efficiency
- Oversee training programs to ensure staff are skilled in sushi preparation techniques and safety standards
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our sushi market presence locally and globally
- Manage supplier negotiations to secure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and improve product consistency
- Coordinate with senior leadership on project management efforts related to new product launches or operational expansions
