Job Requirements
- 2+ years of sushi-making experience
- outgoing personality and ability to upsell
- neat, clean, and sharp appearance
- strong customer service skills
- great listening and communication skills, fluent English is a must
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- able to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder level repeatedly
- able to work standing for up to 5 hours
- remember instructions without visual aids
- follow instructions accurately without close supervision

Job Duties
- Prepare sushi including fancy rolls and fish preparation
- create new dishes, rolls, presentations, and sauces
- interact with guests and educate them on food knowledge at sushi bar
- ensure all dishes are fresh and presentable
- maintain cleanliness of the work area
- work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- follow instructions accurately without close supervision
