Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of Japanese cuisine experience
- Solid knowledge of all seafood products and food preparation techniques
- Ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of maturity, dependability and punctuality
