Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Japanese cuisine experience
  • Solid knowledge of all seafood products and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of maturity, dependability and punctuality

  • Oversee quality of seafood products

  • Apply culinary techniques skillfully in food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
