Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal eligibility to work in the united states
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- no prior sushi chef experience required
- good manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- willingness to learn and passion for sushi making
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- previous experience in a kitchen is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- prepare sushi and sashimi according to recipes and standards
