Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a sushi chef or in a similar culinary role
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
