This exciting new establishment is set to open at the end of March and is looking to build a team passionate about culinary excellence and cultural authenticity. IX prides itself on sourcing the freshest and highest quality seafood, bringing in fish directly from Toyosu Market in Japan and other select international markets. This ensures that the sushi served is not only fresh but represents a genuine and superior dining experience in Arizona.

The role available is for both full-time and part-time Sushi Chefs, located on-site in Tempe, AZ. As a Dinner Service restaurant, IX will open its doors starting at 5 pm, with shift start times ranging from 3 to 4 pm. The Sushi Chef will play a critical role in preparing high-quality sushi dishes, including rolls, composed dishes, and sashimi. The position demands a high level of skill in seafood handling and preparation to maintain the restaurant's standards for freshness and presentation consistently.
Working as a Sushi Chef at IX involves more than food preparation. Chefs will be expected to maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, strictly adhering to food safety protocols. Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Willingness to work on-site in Tempe, AZ
- Availability to work dinner shifts starting between 3 to 4 pm
