We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sushi Apprentice to join our culinary team on a full-time basis. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to develop foundational skills in sushi preparation under the direct mentorship of experienced sushi chefs. As a Sushi Apprentice, you will engage in every aspect of sushi craftsmanship including rice production, seafood handling, ingredient preparation, and product presentation within a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are at the early stages of their culinary careers or those looking to deepen their expertise specifically in Japanese cuisine.
