This recognition reflects GardaWorld's commitment to fostering a supportive culture where employees are valued and encouraged to develop their talents and advance their careers. The company provides competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and various work schedules to accommodate both part-time and full-time employees.

The Surveillance Security Officer role at GardaWorld Security Services is a critical position that requires sharp observation skills and a keen attention to detail. Surveillance Security Officers act as the frontline defense by monitoring security systems and capturing every detail from a series of screens to detect suspicious activities before they escalate. This role involves monitoring various environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses to ensure the safety and security of the premises, individuals, and property.

This position offers a variety of scheduled shifts including part-time and full-time opportunities—allowing for flexibility based on individual availability. Part-time schedules include weekday and weekend shifts adding up to 26 to 32 hours, while full-time positions offer 40-hour evening shifts. Employees are compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $15, with the added benefit of DailyPay access for convenient wage disbursement.

In this role, the Surveillance Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring security cameras and systems to spot potential threats, documenting incidents through detailed report writing, conducting regular physical patrols, controlling access to secure areas, and collaborating with law enforcement in emergency situations. The Surveillance Security Officer must be both technologically proficient and exceptionally detail-oriented, using their skills to analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions and respond swiftly to incidents.

GardaWorld Security Services seeks candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. and have the following: a high school diploma or GED, strong report writing abilities, excellent visual acuity, concentration skills, and technological proficiency. Additional experience in security, military, or law enforcement is highly valued. Must be bilingual and possess any required state licenses. GardaWorld Security ensures equal employment opportunities without discrimination and emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening.

This role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a prestigious security company that values employee growth and contribution. GardaWorld’s culture encourages those with ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to become ambassadors for the brand through their work.
