Job Requirements
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods observing multiple CCTV screens
- Must be able to respond calmly under crisis and stressful conditions
- Must have a good memory for details of incidents and persons
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must operate surveillance equipment including monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras
- Must write clear reports and perform math calculations with minimal errors
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to work and maneuver in tight spaces
- Must be available for overtime or shift changes on short notice
- Must tolerate environmental factors such as secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, dust, and low light environments
- No immediate relatives employed in cash handling, casino, or guest-related roles at Horseshoe Bossier City
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient writing skills with focus on grammar, sentence structure, spelling, and punctuation
- Previous surveillance experience preferred
- Knowledge of casino games including payoffs, odds, procedures, and game protection preferred
- Familiarity with Gaming Control Board Regulations preferred
- Basic computer operational skills
- Ability to obtain a Non-Key LA Gaming license

Job Duties
- Operate all surveillance equipment including monitors, switchers, computers, controllers, and cameras
- Provide CCTV and personal observations of all casino departments and applicable job functions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and follow regulatory, departmental, and company policies
- Write daily reports detailing observations
- Respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations
- Provide court testimony and maintain detailed reports when required
- Work cooperatively with co-workers as a team member
