Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • one year of floor supervisory experience
  • experience with blackjack, craps, and roulette
  • understanding of Tribal-State Compact regulations and procedures
  • ability to concentrate for extended periods
  • good written and verbal reporting abilities
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to sit for long periods
  • good manual and hand dexterity
  • ability to climb stairs routinely
  • tolerance to smoke-filled environment
  • possession and maintenance of a Class III A license
  • successful completion of pre-employment drug testing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • one year of floor supervisory experience
  • experience with three major table games (blackjack, craps, and roulette)
  • understanding of Tribal-State Compact regulations
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to maintain high levels of concentration
  • team player dedicated to protecting property assets

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain CCTV systems
  • monitor for deviations from Tribal-State Compact regulations and department procedures
  • observe for criminal activities and safety hazards on casino property
  • maintain and manage video files
  • cooperate with security and department heads to protect property assets
  • complete accurate and timely incident reports
  • perform additional duties assigned by the department manager
