Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year of floor supervisory experience
- experience with blackjack, craps, and roulette
- understanding of Tribal-State Compact regulations and procedures
- ability to concentrate for extended periods
- good written and verbal reporting abilities
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to sit for long periods
- good manual and hand dexterity
- ability to climb stairs routinely
- tolerance to smoke-filled environment
- possession and maintenance of a Class III A license
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year of floor supervisory experience
- experience with three major table games (blackjack, craps, and roulette)
- understanding of Tribal-State Compact regulations
- good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain high levels of concentration
- team player dedicated to protecting property assets
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems
- monitor for deviations from Tribal-State Compact regulations and department procedures
- observe for criminal activities and safety hazards on casino property
- maintain and manage video files
- cooperate with security and department heads to protect property assets
- complete accurate and timely incident reports
- perform additional duties assigned by the department manager
