The company fosters a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where every colleague is respected and valued, underscoring the belief that a supportive workplace is essential for success. This dedication extends not only to patients but also to the talented team members who drive the organization forward.
The company operates a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center alongside partnerships with local hospitals, ensuring patients have access to cutting-edge surgical environments. Known for embracing innovations in eye care, Northwest Eyes continually integrates the latest technologies and surgical techniques to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a Per Diem Surgical Concierge to join our Renton location. This role is pivotal in bridging communications between patients and our skilled surgical team, ensuring every surgical candidate enjoys a seamless, informative, and supportive experience. The Surgical Concierge will be responsible for counseling patients about advanced vision correction options, promoting premium vision services, and expertly guiding them through the scheduling of ophthalmic surgeries. This includes facilitating procedures at the ambulatory surgery center and affiliated hospitals.
The position requires a professional who excels in patient interaction, can clearly communicate complex vision correction information, and adeptly manage financial discussions including payment protocols and financing options. The Surgical Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for patients interested in surgical solutions, providing them with detailed information packets, clarifying procedural steps, and offering precise price estimations. In addition, the concierge coordinates closely with surgical and insurance teams to verify authorizations and schedule necessary preoperative and postoperative appointments.
Offering a competitive salary ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, this per diem role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a leading eye care practice. Working with Northwest Eyes means becoming part of a community that values innovation, patient satisfaction, and employee growth. Join us to help create superior patient experiences in ophthalmic surgery and vision correction, maintaining our reputation as a nationally recognized leader in eye care.
