Job Requirements
- High school diploma, certificate of attendance, GED, or experience
- Three years supervisory experience
- Previous Environmental Services or Housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced crisis-oriented environment
Job Qualifications

- Three years supervisory experience
- Previous Environmental Services or Housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to all environmental staff members
- Ensure that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive and appropriate to the needs of population served
- Meet all regulatory and professional standards for environmental services
- Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient and appropriate environmental services
- Serve as a member of the leadership team
- Represent the Manager in the completion of functions related to Environmental Services
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments to enhance service quality
